WEST SYSTEM® G/flex 650 is a high-performance, toughened two-part epoxy adhesive designed for permanent waterproof bonding and demanding repairs. Its unique formulation creates exceptionally strong bonds while remaining slightly flexible, making it ideal for materials that expand, contract, or experience vibration and impact.

G/flex 650 excels at bonding a wide range of materials—including difficult-to-bond and dissimilar substrates such as aluminium, stainless steel, fiberglass, wood, polyethylene (HDPE), ABS plastics, glass, and masonry. It is a popular choice for repairing aluminium boats, polyethylene kayaks and canoes, trailer components, marine fittings, and general workshop repairs.

Unlike conventional epoxies, G/flex has enough flexibility to absorb shock and movement without compromising bond strength, making it ideal for structural applications in marine, automotive, industrial, and DIY projects.

It can also be thickened with WEST SYSTEM fillers or used to wet out fiberglass tapes and cloth for reinforced repairs.
