Refund policy

Here at Oborn's Nautical your customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from us, the item may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. We will require the item be returned back to the shop in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork.
No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition or cut lengths of rope, rigging, battens and hose, Special order items are also non-returnable.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and if the item was a free shipping item, This cost will be removed from the refund total.

Clearance Items: Products identified and advertised as clearance will not be accepted if returned, unless faulty.
