Shipping policy
We use an overnight and 2-day courier service, this will be at our discretion and also depend on physical size and weight of the order, and which part of the country it is being delivered to. Both these carriers require a contact email and phone number for residential deliveries.
All orders are sent out with insurance and must be signed for on arrival.
* If Free Shipping is offered, this will exclude Oversize Items, Dangerous Goods and Rural delivery.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: items must be thoroughly checked inside before signing for your delivery. Ensure all products are in good condition. As per strict courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim/replacement on the items.
